Among the most recent typical productions of Granja La Paz, we also produce mozzarella of buffalo milk, made using only the milk of the selected Spanish farms.

It is a table cheese of consistency fibrous, soft but firm, white porcelain color and a smooth surface, smell and taste characteristic of milk.

When you cut the mozzarella the correct amount of liquid is released, according to the rules of the best tradition of cheese making. In addition to the buffalo milk mozzarella in various sizes, white and smoked scamorza are also available.
